When You Can Win
Weekly prize drawings will be held on October 30, November 6, 13, 20, 27, and December 4.
Who Can Win
ASPEN members and non-members who have registered for the full in-person conference.
Prize Drawing Rules
The earlier you register, the more chances you’ll have to win a prize. There are 6 weekly prize drawings. Each week starts on a Wednesday and ends the following Tuesday at 11:59 PM ET. The drawing will take place on the following Wednesday. Mailed or faxed registrations will be included in the weekly prize drawing corresponding with entry date in the registration system. Winners will be announced on ASPEN’s social media channels and on this webpage on the Wednesday following the end of the previous week. Participant’s first name, last initial, and city and state/country will be used to announce the winner. ASPEN staff, ASPEN Board of Directors, and ASPEN Rhoads Research Foundation Board of Directors are ineligible to participate.
Additional Prize Information
All prizes are non-transferable, no cash equivalent will be offered, and no cash back is provided if the full value is not redeemed. Jerry Seinfeld and Jim Gaffigan tickets are courtesy of Experience Columbus. Tickets will be sent via text 24 hours prior to the event. To claim your tickets, please ensure your Ticketmaster account is linked to your mobile number. Seat locations will be assigned when tickets are distributed. Free hotel night stay is courtesy of Hilton Columbus Downtown. Vouchers to Homegrown Market at Discovery Café are courtesy of Levy.
