ASPEN offers a group registration discount for the in-person Nutrition Science & Practice Conference for individuals from the same institution. If three (3) people from the same physical institution register for the conference, the fourth (4) person is free.
Below are the requirements for the Buy 3, Get 1 Free program.
- Each of the four (4) registrants must complete the registration form.
- All four registration forms must be submitted at the same time with a single source of payment.
- The fourth/free registration is for the lowest cost registration rate.
- This offer is available for staff from colleges/universities, hospitals (including VA hospitals), long term care and/or rehabilitation facilities, and outpatient facilities.
- This offer is NOT available to industry partners. For more information on industry registration discounts, please contact Valerie Mickiewicz at valeriem@nutritioncare.org.
- This offer does NOT apply for previously registered individuals, even if additional individuals from the same institution register for the conference at a later date.
- This offer is NOT available for the virtual Nutrition Science & Practice Conference, preconference courses or daily registrations.
